Pros

Benefits package is amazing and 401k contribution is top line. Pay is potentially good.

Cons

Impossible to level up to get pay raise. Management is ridiculous. Upper management is awesome, but front-line is horrible. They are more worried about looking good as opposed to quality of product. HR representatives, other than HR director, are impossible to deal with. Not helpful at all. Instead of supporting the employee and lending a helping hand, they treat you as if you are insignificant and a bother.

Working here will make you appreciate your future jobs much more because this will probably be the worst company that you'll ever work for.

Cons

No work/personal life balance, favoritism, highly stressful work environment, possibly the worst work culture ever, impossible to move up in the company, etc.
