Poor old politics always, last employee in the hierarchy is never listened to, HR’s like fresh management trainees even consider themselves as God who can say anything to even years old employee in other departments like sale, administration. Too much pressure and blame game happening, you cannot survive on your own just by doing your work, people pull you down here.
