The Company Culture Has Degraded to Harrowing Standards

The company has a very good brand image (which unfortunately is not true when you see the company from inside).

Cons

1. Long hierarchy 2. There are ample of senior managers in the company sitting only for superficial reviews 3. Ad hoc meetings, unrealistic expectations, poor work life balance. It is completely normal for manager to call at nights and weekends for work.
