Pros

Great training and professional development. Discover really knows how to take care of both their customers and employees. I felt valued even during the interview process.

Cons

They are not in my current location. The only reason I had to leave the company is because I had to move away from Salt Lake City.

Pros

- Best vacation benefits I have found ( 25 days starting ) - 5 carry over each year - Very intelligent, nice, friendly people and everyone is very helpful - If you work in Business Technology you have the opportunity to work from home on most teams ( I work from home all but once a week).

Cons

- I have heard that the maternity leave policy is not that great - Besides that, I can't really think of anything
