      pay more for night shift , add a 401k plan , please add a 3rd monitor to work stations it would improve productivity

      Rapid growth keeps things interesting, awesome team, good work/life balance (at the moment), working to make people's lives better is rewarding in itself. Benefits are OK.

      Cons

      Some organisations are scrambling and tumbling under pressure, lot of cronyism in upper management, no 401(k) match, advancement is not always based on results.
