      1. Great exposure to multiple types of projects within a team 2. Provide enough learning opportunities 3. Flexible in project and type of work selection (most of the times) 4. Not to be worried about out of pocket expenses for professional trips 5. Leadership is phone call and/ or hand wave away 6. Great Brand power in the market 7. Lesser inter-office politics within teams 8. No gender biasness

      -> Color printout not available in office for all employees -> No monthly meal pass/ coupon system for lunch, have to pay in cash everyday
