Pros
For Internal Audit and assurance, the learning experience is excellent. Projects are handled with extreme detail and planning with high quality assured at each step of performance. Having to work in teams that includes both Indian and US members offer a good cross cultural multi dimensional exposure to communication. The work culture is mostly friendly with approachable senior leadership Helps to learn time and people management Office building is amazing with a hoard of infrastructure facilities from canteens, garden spaces, bistro, etc.
Cons
No work life balance. Disparity towards Indian employees where we are worked to the bone, specially during "busy season" Poor compensation for the workload
