      Pros

      The Product and the People are the number one reasons to choose a career with Dell. The product is something I believe in and has a good reputation through out the industry. The people are young and old, and eager to learn and well experienced.

      Cons

      You may spend your entire career with dell and never meet the boss. You may like it so much you'll never have a chance to work for anyone else.

      Pros

      The benefits package in very worthwhile. It's nice to know that on top of all the other bills that are around these days, I don't have to worry so much about what my medical bills are. Basically, I know that I can go to the doctor when I'm sick and not worry about having to completely re-adjust my budget just because I got sick. I also enjoy the oppurtunities for career advancement at Dell. I know that if I continue to work hard, that eventually that work will show up in promotions and rasies that are fairly earned and mantained.

      Cons

      Work life balance. It can be hard to balance a peaceful life with working long hours.
