Good health insurance, boot camp is helpful, colleagues want to help you get better, not competing against peers- set goals individually. Good stock if you stay until the shares vest. Best product to sell in the data AI space

Cons

No 401k/ retirement, constantly changing priorities, hard path to promotion with so many other BDRs competition for limited roles, constant quota change
