Pros

We’re building something cool. There are a lot of brilliant people I get to work with every day.

Cons

The C-suite execs who have been here for 2+ years are sabotaging any progress with their incompetence. We’re no longer a 50 person company and need to act like a grown up company if we’re going to get anything done. The amount of micromanaging at the c-suite level is unheard of. The brightest people are afraid to make the smallest decision because of the incessant micromanaging and politics. We spend more time preparing materials to try to get leadership to understand then agree with a decision then we do getting actual work done. Also the work life balance doesn’t exist.

Pros

Technology is ok, but quickly losing market leadership

Cons

Completely toxic working environment. Spend more time dealing with micromanagement than actually doing your real job.
