      - High Pay - Tier 1 benefits ($250 monthly gym reimbursement, annual $1000 continued education credit) - Tier 1 Health Plan through Allianz (they pay 100% for TCM, Chiropractors, and more)

      Cons

      - Work is exciting about always changing, so just when you think you understand a concept or technology, it just as quick changes. High adaptability is a must here at Databricks!

      Useless Management at Databricks

      Pros

      Dont appear for interview and waste your time. Some of the folks will open google and start asking you questions on Salesforce. So better invest your time in a better company

      Cons

      No pros Long waiting interview process. It takes 1 2 months for whole interview process. Developers are still fine but the management is very poor.

      Pros

      I can develop myself in the AI environment with my experience from consulting and from the automotive group. In my role, I can focus on my customers. In parallel, I work on being close enough to the software and the possibilities and am supported by Databricks in my own upskilling. Databricks gives me the freedom and opportunities to do a great job here. At the same time, I have great colleagues around me from whom I can learn a lot. The salary is also great with all the extras.

      Cons

      After more than a year with Databricks, I have no comments to make about the Cons. It is up to myself, if I am dissatisfied with something, to solve the issue. And that is definitely possible here and my colleagues and managers support me.
