The culture is great and healthy. People are very approachable, friendly, and helpful. Ali is very transparent and honest. They have many great ERGs and they also do salary equity in accordance with the Fair Pay Workplace.

Wish there was more diversity in hiring. Health benefits aren’t the best. No 401k matching but hopefully they’ll consider it when we go public.
