      Great company with amazing industry experience and great tools to work with (Design, Simulation, Manufacturing, etc.). Really good place to develop your career within challenging Industrial projects with key customers in the region.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much bureaucracy involved in many internal processes. Too many stakeholders to include for a lot of decisions, so decisions can get delayed by weeks/months.
