      Pros

      Nice atmosphere with colleagues - free coffee and sweets - nice car policy in Germany

      Cons

      They wanna be a 1 billion company in 2020 without a real strategic plan in place - as their Management likes to quote Jim Collins and "from good to great" they might want to read "how the mighty fall" - if they don't change things dramatically it could happen to them - also important is whether their parent will keep them because they don't really fit into Dassault Systemes and the Integration is taken a long time

      Pros

      - amazing flexibility - time-4-time (overtime) - great benefits - empowers employees - enables creativity - Quintiq management can be self-deprecating at times - Quintiq academy, wiki, and community are great knowledge resources - open environment, 5 minute rule, encourages people to ask questions and be efficient

      Cons

      - limited pay structure, generally underpaid - sometimes ask the impossible of employees. This can be a pro and a con. It is a con when there is no choice but allowing it to consume your life - the 5 minute rule is less applicable when everyone's capacity is maxed out - limited upward movement consultants. that may just because they're not giving us superficial titles to make us feel better every year

      too many BU's causes lack of focus on larger picture. Customers are buying a project and teams are almost entirely consulting
