      Too smart for their own good

      Pros

      Friendly peers. Benefits are above industry standards. Good place to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Management tends to intimidate. Flat structure is just that... flat. Good product however needs significant work. Obscene superiority complex from higher management. When they dont want you they give so much pressure and nit pick on the tiniest of things.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance, Medical Benefits, Matching 401K, Great Facility (new building: on-site gym, cafeteria with outdoor seating area, great light).

      Cons

      Opportunistic, passive aggressive and exclusive, top-down management style poisons employee morale and makes for an extremely toxic work environment. Lack of upward mobility for US employees. Mediocre pay raises. Do as your told and don't question mentality.

      Pros

      This really depends on the brand you work for as cultures differ a lot. - Smart and friendly coworkers - Interesting projects and business (and technical) problems to solve - Good health insurance

      Cons

      - Below market compensation (depending on when you start). Don't expect high raises - No clear organization wide direction or vision. Depending on the brand you work in, you may feel irrelevant to the direction of the company. - Highly hierarchical structure. The CEO is at least 7 levels above you - A lot of red tape - Internal tools used (a lot of it is in-house) are outdated and highly inefficient
