      okay place to work with - lots of hi tech domain based work , stimulates and keeps one on the edge learn by doing and opportunities to make a diff thanks to direct client interaction. lots of global exposure

      Low carrier growth. make things monotonous and stagnant. Ok on renumeration.

      Great and absolutely fantastic software products in the field of product lifecycle management including the industry standard and aviation defacto Catia and Delmia suite of products

      Cons

      too many acquisitions in recent years, complicated management hierarchy, not same HR policies around the globe, slower to take and drive new initiatives, not a strong customer support team but more focused on R&D. Performance related only on the Job title not on the contributions the employee makes in the annual year.
