      Flexible hours with core hours 9:30AM - 3:30PM Downtown location - easy access by metro

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and communication within the company. Intranet is not very organized and information is difficult to find.

      1. Work is very much distributed. So some times it gives a dampen to your spirit especially when the other colleague (which may at different geographical location / domain) is not cooperating
