Pros

Flexible and home working. Good office location (central). Good relationship with line manager. Some good benefits - decent pension.

Cons

Very small office with zero privacy on phone calls etc. All the most skilled and longest serving HP/HPE employees have left through voluntary or compulsory redundancy. As a result, juniors and grads have nobody to learn from anymore and have ridiculous workloads. Morale non existant. Constant cost cutting and job security fears with more cuts on the horizon. Senior leadership announcements and changes daily. Overcomplicated business structure, everybody has given up trying to understand where they fit in. A abundance of red tape.

Too many unknowns, organization structure still unformed after almost a month in, layoffs every week since DXC started up. employee morale is sinking fast.
