      Pros

      If you want do not want to do any work and are satisfied with less money....just go there and have your lunch and roam around the company...more like a college. If you want to prepare for any exams like for MBA, govt jobs or any other exam. For people who just want to experience a job life and later wants to join there family business.

      No Hike No facilities No learning No growth opportunities Bond does not reduces with time Lazy environment Old technologies A techie can not expect any kind of good hands on experience Simply the worst that could be possible for a company

      Pros

      Excellent flexible working, reasonable salary, good location @ Walbrook. Reasonable workload and good teams (but this depends on where you work in the business).

      Cons

      Terrible senior management in some areas and treatment of staff as commodities and numbers, no bonuses or pay rises, travel expense ban and recruitment ban, redundancy always looming somewhere.
