You can expect to be working with the latest cloud technologies and with high-value tier-1 clients across a range of industries. The culture is very much one of collaboration, and everyone's ideas are are valued - employees are encouraged to contribute where they can. DWS have implemented a very structured approach to career advancement, outlining the skills and behaviours necessary to advance from graduate through to management. There is also a strong emphasis on self education, and employees are rewarded for completing certifications.
