      Pros

      Two key areas - People- centric culture - Consultant support network, amazing social club which organises real cool stuff, corporate games participation, very supportive training program and oh yes! certification bonus. You are invited to the big Christmas parties with your partner. ** Great work portfolio with some of the best Australian and global companies. Our assignments range from 6 months to 2+ years or more.

      Cons

      Interview process is a 3 step process. Salary review cycle in once a year ( not really keeping up with inflation) Part time consulting is missing.

      Pros

      On-site support given to consultants is great and you get to work with different sets of people from time to time. Great Christmas party and social club events. BD's provide good insights into current opportunities.

      Cons

      Bench time can be boring but you need to utilize your time well.

      Pros

      Good team environment with skilled people, Certification bonus for completing training, you may have chance to work for top tie clients across different industries

      Cons

      If you are working for clients far away from City location it would be hard to join company events
