Thank you for your 4-star review. You would seem to have the wrong company though, as DWS is an Australian IT Consultancy and we do not have staff in New York.

Variety of work as DWS sends consultants to multiple clients over a period.

Cons

Limited career progression like so many other consultancy companies out there

Not a high sales expectation, some good social activities and low fuss organisation

Cons

Average to lower pay, few women in senior consultant roles probably due to a bit of a blokey culture
