      Pros

      It is a very easy-going environment, and the management here is great. The pay is decent and there are many discounts given to employees for numerous things.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, and bigger bonuses would be nice too. Other than that it really doesn't have much downside

      Pros

      I love the committment to diversity - everyone counts! Great about flexible schedules where they can be. Fair policies and procedures - concerned about employee well-being. Good communication most of the time.

      Cons

      Very demanding - performance expectations are very high. Change takes forever because the Company's size, locations and divisions. Additional vacation allowances would be nice, especially in first years of employment!

      Diversty is respected and encouraged Point of views and Opinions are all considered and used Work life balance is very well maintained Family life is encouraged Really seek to match Career goals and personal growth

      Cons

      For those who like a career structure (i.e. from job 1, you move to job 2 after x years and than job 3, etc) it can be difficult to adapt in the company. The company let everybody decide which path he/she wants to take to reach his/her professional goals. The perfomance review system needs to be improved to give power AND visibility to the performer and not the reviewer.
