      Pros

      If you are looking to gain international experience and many difficult and interesting assignments, this is definitely the company to work for. If you are bound to one specific area of the country, do not work for Cummins because they will move you around a lot. Overall, it is a great work environment t be in.

      Cons

      The locations are not appealing as they are mostly in small towns and remote locations. The communication within the company can often be slow, but I find that to be true at most major corporations. Cummins is a moderately paying company, so if you're looking to be highly compensated, this is not the company for you.

      1. a growing business unit, have opportunities to change work 2. communication with senior manager is very good, and he is really helpful 3. the relationship with people there is good

      1. the work is not very challenging 2. salary may not be very high overall, the cons are not that many

      Nurturing environment. Team based so you are not on your own to solve problems. Geniunely care about the employees.

      Cons

      Not everyone has six sigma ability or desire and we should let those who want to go ahead and do and let those who don't know that it may, or may not, hinder career growth.
