      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to work with a large variety of projects. Great people, informal atmosphere. Wages are above average, and work schedule is family friendly.

      Cons

      No two teams share any more information that absolutely necessary. Because Cummins is made up of so many divisions and has no centralized portfolio priorities; it makes it very difficult to resolve resource issues.

      Pros

      an invigorating place to work and continues to earn the respect of the business world because it has a high-performance culture while emphasizing high-integrity business practices, as well as work/life balance.

      Cons

      The performance review process is not transparent to the employee. The office space management for the employees is poor when the company is growing so fast.

      Great company but some foundational organization issues

      Pros

      The company has good benefits (as long as you don't have bad vision), great opportunities from a business standpoint, and lots of opportunities make an impact. The leadership does understand the market and the opportunities which are available to the company. Throughout the downturn the company provided great market returns and did not report a single loss (compared to performance in previous downturns this is a huge improvement).

      Cons

      The company has some severe foundational organization issues which are limiting the ability of the business to move forward. The majority issue is that the company does not view itself (or have a vision of itself) as a single organization, but as a series of business units which each have distinct leadership and organizational goals.
