Pros

Cummins core values, enforced code/treatment policies, endless opportunities, flexibility.

Cons

This isn't so much a con but a good to know about the company. In order to get where you want to be, you have to be one that can sell yourself by networking and getting to know people. This can be a challenge for some because of the uncomfortableness of not only meeting people but having to talk about yourself to them. Also, you have to manage your own work/life balance. If you want to work 70 + hours a week, Cummins will not stop you. However, it is not expected. It will be up to you to determine the right balance for you.

Cons

The company prefers MBAs from the Kelly School of Business which means you need to live in the Columbus/Indianapolis area for at least 18 month.
