High deductible health plan,.. HR is given too much power in day-to-day decision making. Company is too focused on politics, and dedicates resources to causes that are not popular with their customer base.

The managers in the middle east branch are only concerned about their growth they don't care about the employees. One can see racial discrimination everywhere in the office. The environment is very toxic especially if you are brave enough to voice your opinion to the management. The HR is spineless and don't want to support the employees, the management and the HR are hand in gloves with each other. I worked for 5years and left the organization out of frustration. All the ethics propaganda they make is for the namesake, managers can do anything and get away with it .Just by being a global company does not mean it's a great place to work. Noone cares if you are hardworking, brave or talented you will grow in this organisation only if you are in good books of the managers.
