      For Turbocharger division, based in Huddersfield - - Strong union membership meant above average pay, conditions and benefits. - People generally great, good working environment. - Ability to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      For Turbocharger division, based in Huddersfield - - Upper management make undeliverable promises to customers. - Usual bureaucracy of a large company, countless hours wasted in pointless expensive meetings with overpaid management. - High work load, projects always feel under resourced. - Flexitime means different things to different managers. - Difficult to get approval to work from home, ultimately meaning I left.

      Good ownership of products. Nothing else.

      Lot of politics in leadership which has effects at ground level as well. Not so good management hirerachy.

      Cummins is good company who care for their employee.

      Cons

      In some positions highly ambitious none qualified people and incompetent manager are appointed who does not not know how run the department and simply blames team for none performance and take harsh action tk prove themself.
