      Pros

      Cummins is a great place to work. I love the people i work with. Some of the nicest, kindest and most capable people. It is a corporate that cares about its employees truly. Good pay, average benefits. Good work-life balance is promoted. A lot of opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Unable to keep up with new generation of companies, organizations and technology. Top heavy and bureaucratic management. Management is too focused on short term profits, not enough on people, products and services. Feedback only goes top to bottom.
