Pros

Can be a good long term job. Always had work and never short of it. Was worth sticking around for 20yrs and learn so much from this company and the tools it was able to provide for me to be successful in my career. Many before me retired from this company with 30-40yrs working for them.

Cons

Not competitive with pay, no effort in retaining people that are experienced and knowledgeable with the product. Let to many good employees go or leave. Management is out of touch and the branches suffer trying to keep the atmosphere positive. When I left, the branch was working with a skeleton crew and let all of its experience walk out the door without any care or counters. Not the same comp[any I started with back in 2002. Hard to see so many leave due to the bad within this company. Can get held down in your position and not allowed to move up due to the lack of people and or talent
