Pros

There is interesting and rewarding work available. Some of the peers are very good and willing to help train. It can be a great place to get 3-5 years of experience. If that’s your career plan, this can be a very good place for a while. Pay can be good early in career.

Cons

Management relies a lot on threats of retaliation.

Cons

Work life balance specially for maintenance people is very bad, will give 2 Star for this. Internal job postings selection is on only contact basis not talent.
