Pros

CUMMINS in general is a good company to start with your career. It embraces different cultures by hiring people from all over the world. Most people in the company is friendly and willing to provide help. The pay is fairly good compared to the coast area when taking expenses into consideration.

Cons

CUMMINS headquarter is located in Columbus IN, which is a fairly boring small town. You may find peaceful but boring most of the time.

Pros

Big company with dissent benefits. Easy to keep job. Professional advantage doesn't require to have any accomplishment.

Cons

Company not interested in improvement & training. Very high level of bureaucracy & demagogy. Most company principals exist only in the book. Very high level of retaliation for any attempt to change. No transparency whatsoever in managerial decisions.
