Pros

no pros as such . The company is a host to lobbying , and employees working for a couple of years recruit their spouse into the company , leaving aside cream talent and experienced employees.

Cons

The company has no vision as to what is it going to do in the future. Lays off as many as 700 workers and employs fresh students on the other hand at the same time. The managers mostly are involved in tea meetings , and end paying less attention to what their team is up-to. No one is ready to take responsibility, and the meetings held are held in different buildings which involve driving as much 20 miles a day if required just getting from one plant to another , for which the company does not compensate.
