Workload is relatively reasonable, but heard it might depend on which teams you are in, so good luck.

Cons

Weird policies, employees are split into 5 ranks in annual review, and the bottom 2 ranks might get sacked at any time. It is a bit not making sense to lay off ppl by their actual work performance, but only by the relative performance compared to other coworkers.
