- good culture, no micro management - helpful colleagues - fast pace - employee benefits are quite good
Cons
well its a start up so all sort of startup issues that people are already talking about. things like sometimes thing can get a little unorganised because we need to move so fast, but i guess this environment is accommodating compare to elsewhere.
