      Nothing much to speak about.

      Cons

      Poor treatment in interviewing new people to software developers. Extreme Biasness towards local especially on development teams Locals suffer to join extremely badly. Unfair treatment in interviewing processes.

      Pros

      Best in class work flexibility, work from anyway, dictate the hours you work. Very high degree of autonomy to make decisions and design systems. Very talented and highly skilled software engineering team with a strong focus on building the best solutions.

      Cons

      Difficult to get feedback on a short scale basis, minimal engagement with management.

      Massive layoffs

      * Salary & benefits were good * Plenty of autonomy * Was fully remote

      Cons

      * Laid off during probation (part of over 1000 employee layoff). Not nice if you left a company for crypto.com only to be let go during probation. * Had been specifically told by leadership that layoffs had been completed and that my team would not be impacted. 3 weeks later over 1000 employees were let go in a single day. * Most of my colleagues had left their previous company to pursue opportunity with crypto.com only to be laid off in their first few weeks - only 1 month salary as compensation. * Absolutely no interaction with any of the business leaders or announcement. Just told by HR and then accounts locked.
