Pros
once great, but all the good people have left. Those remaining play politics wfh arrangements used to be strong brand, but constant changes with no clear direction after the crypto winter
Cons
management makes poor decisions and treats employees as disposable. multiple rounds of layoffs reduced the team from 30+ to 10+ sudden retrenchments with lockouts, distasteful way of termination workload tripled and new hires are lost due to poor onboarding meetings are just for reporting, not solving problems. management has no clue how to manage and micromanages everything appraisals are a waste of time with no raises or recognition
