- Flexible working hour - work remotely

Cons

- hiding important information to employee, no transparency - bad office environment. office is dusty - does not respect the employee and does not care their mental and physical health, overwork-loaded, stressful but no support from management - no job security. Announced publicly the layoff due to crypto winter is 5%, however it is more than 20%. Fired people based on salary, not performance, hence middle management all gone and asked junior staffs to pick up senior tasks without guideline. - management is a mess.
