- Good compensation - Can WFH everyday - Colleagues are nice and talented - Good place to start and gain exposure to the crypto industry

Cons

- Refer to other posts about the trading team - Multiple colleagues have reported poor and alarming physical/mental health issues due to stress - Trading head lacks management/prioritization ability and doesn't respect other employees - On the trading dev side, a lot of the system relies on the tech lead, which makes them a potential single point of failure - Company lacks transparency. CEO will address questions during town hall without really answering the question. - Multiple colleagues have been fired/laid off on questionable standards Think thrice, seriously, or choose a different team if you must.
