Pros

Salary is good, bonuses are small, product is good - like the IDEA of the company a lot actually. Would love to have been a lifer here.

Cons

Too many to list. Complaints to HR go to the respective C-Team, and they get notified, and amazing staff get FIRED for petty reasons (in truth for complaints against their managers). The management team are abusive and the environment is TOXIC, even for remote's. No family time/life balance. H/R is helpful, but they're unable to do anything unfortunately.

Pros

Competitive tool for AV and EDR , services people are essential on every opportunity

Cons

Some of the worst sales leaders .. back stabbing, constantly talking about people, very poor leadership skills, managers allow early employees to do whatever they want .. to included misbehave and do what they want for team meetings,, very very weak leadership, unqualified for a few. motivation is driven by subtle threats to fire you... clearly you had to be CrowdStrike early on otherwise you are used and abused , burned and churned , good people are leaving on their own, good people are getting let go, some very big ego’s .... there is an arrogance at CrowdStrike that should be avoided.

Horrible Management!

Pros

Lots of really smart overworked engineers, with tons of potential. The company’s customer base is growing fast, and the product they deliver is a game changer in the endpoint security Industry!!! Top notch Healthcare PPO 250 Plan through Anthem Blue Cross

Cons

Toxic Leadership at Director level. If you aren’t being a hero 24/7 as an engineer, you aren’t worth their time to simply take advantage of and steal the glory from. Management shows no value in project management or prioritization. Most teams simply make a habit of jumping from fire to fire, and never focusing on the future stability of the company or its technology. Aside from that, the bonuses are small, and there is no 401k match.
