Pros

Nice people Remote friendly Nice salary

Cons

Inefficient management and very rank oriented. If you are not a Director or VP, people don’t really care what you have to say. Lack of care for employees — treated as pawns. You can flag potential issues and they will be dismissed. Then will be told later that they are an issue.

Pros

Overall the job is good. Decent pay, benefits. The people are also good.

Cons

This place is stuck in the past. The tech stack feels like what was originally put in place at its inception. I would definitely not call a true tech company, more like a collection of spreadsheets and human intervention that somehow managed to make it.

Pros

Great direct co workers - free lunches - insurance & stock options are good

Cons

- You are just a # and don’t you forget it - Micro Managers - Senior management treats employees like children, tracking all movement (in & out of office, lunch breaks, coffee breaks) - Unfortunately quota is only attainable with a good territory & AE/RSM. You can work harder than everyone there and still not see results - Zero guidance for promotion if you are not looking into pursing a sales role - Useless meetings just for management to fill their day / they have something to do (TRULY) - Don’t even get me started on the slack slang/culture they have created. So toxic and quite frankly ANNOYING. stop with the emojis PLS YOU ARE 47 !!! - Be prepared to deal with passive aggressiveness from management because they never healed from their last toxic job :/
