Pros

Great Product really respected in the industry and actually solves real problems

Cons

Support was a nightmare. AM's were doing most of the work of a technical account manager. The role quickly turns into Account Management, Sales and Customer success. Base pay is not enough for the work you do. Need to build out a CSM team.
