Not for me

Pros

Colleagues are friendly and generally helpful.

Cons

CS won't pay for time off to take exams they ask you to do but will fly sales teams across the planet for junkets in Las Vegas. Wouldn't provide the parental leave they are legally obliged to. Bit of a cultish environment. A lot of management are ex-police and ex-defence forces and the management style reflects this. Remote-only role means learning from others and getting involved in conversations more difficult. They only provide Macs which most people seem to hate. Internal tools generally have poor and confusing GUIs and staff are not trained sufficiently on them. Felt like a bit of a sweat shop.
