Pros

like any big company a good deal will be determined by your direct manager and their manager, but overall a good engineering culture. Most teams have reasonable roadmaps and work on interesting projects. Work life balance is a thing.

Cons

roadmap can be dominated by authoritarianist requests from leadership. there is a general culture of "boys club" in the engineering org I was close to and a lack of engineering expertise in middle management.
