Pros

Remote and flexible — you can set your own pace The company’s name carries weight in the cybersecurity industry, which can look good on a resume

Cons

Leadership is out of touch and unqualified to guide long-term success. Feels more like working for a sales organization that happens to sell cybersecurity software. Advancement is almost nonexistent — great work often goes unnoticed.
