      Nice pay and maybe IPO sometime so stock good

      Cons

      US US US - can't spell International No idea how or maybe no desire to delegate beyond the inner sanctum Has more process and calls and calls than a company x10 the size

      Working for CrowdStrike India is a waste of time

      Pros

      New office and facility. Decent product.

      Cons

      Crowdstrike India top engineering management has no vision of its own. No leadership and a management waste. Lacks self judgement and does not go deep into the issues. Spends too much time in petty issues rather than core engineering work/decisions. No work life balance. Looking out for opportunities

      So happy I made the move!

      Pros

      I've been here for almost 1 year and am so happy I made the move. I think it speaks volumes that all the original founders are still here. I've experienced a positive, welcoming, and driven environment. I was a bit hesitant on making the move because my employer before was also a start-up that had gone through hyper growth and I felt like they had lost themselves/culture so I was worried I would get lost in the mix again but that hasn't been the case at all at CrowdStrike. The company hires talented people to come in and make an impact to the business. I feel like I've been able to apply my skills, be creative, while also seeing advancement in my personal growth; it's been so rewarding! I've seen others receive promotions within a year, which also gets me excited to see where I'll be in the next few months. Also - the technology is incredible!

      Cons

      Not too many Cons. The obvious challenges of growing from a start-up to a corporation, but nothing alarming.
