Pros
I've been here for almost 1 year and am so happy I made the move. I think it speaks volumes that all the original founders are still here. I've experienced a positive, welcoming, and driven environment. I was a bit hesitant on making the move because my employer before was also a start-up that had gone through hyper growth and I felt like they had lost themselves/culture so I was worried I would get lost in the mix again but that hasn't been the case at all at CrowdStrike. The company hires talented people to come in and make an impact to the business. I feel like I've been able to apply my skills, be creative, while also seeing advancement in my personal growth; it's been so rewarding! I've seen others receive promotions within a year, which also gets me excited to see where I'll be in the next few months.
Also - the technology is incredible!

Not too many Cons. The obvious challenges of growing from a start-up to a corporation, but nothing alarming.
