Pros

I got to be a part of CS when it was very new in India. I have been privileged to be among the best people to work with both on-site and remote. The company has helped me so much that my friends and colleagues recognise that I have grown. Just think of anything from equipment to approach of management, people to facilities, everything is done keeping the employees in mind. Never had a Monday blue yet and neither have I waited for a weekend so far I have been associated with CS. Tells a lot about the company.

Cons

We are growing exponentially, which sometimes makes it difficult to forecast everything accurately.

Amazing technology, but poor culture

Outstanding technology reflecting positively in the US market.

Cons

Company culture is very poor, specially in the Enterprise segment. Leader of Americas has a micromanagement-ironclad attitude, reflecting downstream and causing employees to jump out of the boat looking for calm waters.

Open culture and policy, aren't afraid to take decisions for the good of the people and company. I feel more challenged yet supported every single day and trully feel that I am making an impact.
