      Good product bad place to work for support

      Stability and pay Some exposure to threat detections Remote work

      Cons

      Support structures are broken The expectation to answer phones and chats while trying to debug logs on existing cases is not humanly possible Senior leadership says one thing and does another Your voice is not heard They only care about that first response on a support case Most of the employees are not happy Career advancement is impossible because the processes you have to follow impact your performance thus making you unqualified to post to other internal opportunities. A person with a Masters degree in cyber threat analysis cannot get off the level 1 help desk.

      Meh! Got tricked into joining this company, bunch of lies from recruiters

      * Great co-workers and knowledgeable principal engineers * Good documentation and new employee trainings

      Cons

      * unreliable management who are tone deaf and dismissive of others feelings * not exactly a remote - first company * managers lack training specific to their roles * below market standard benefits and compensation

We are and remain a remote-first company; we pioneered this prior to the pandemic. For all employees, remote work constitutes 60-100% of their working experience at CrowdStrike, but for anyone who has had the ability to gather with colleagues in person, the benefits are clear. Regarding management, we're disheartened to hear you didn't have a great experience with us. That being said, we're doing our best to ensure all managers have the training they need to help us continue to build and maintain a healthy work environment.       Commission analyst - NEVER join Crowdstrike

      They will pay you very well to fall in this honey trap

      Most harassing, toxic and insane team. NEVER ever join the commission team at Crowdstrike. Old school menacing, threatening controlling culture. Leadership is aware of the horrible, negative, neurotic environment that has led to many analysts and commission managers leave the team. SAVE yourself and do not apply for any position on this team. The best of best are hired and treated badly. No training, no support . No one stays for more than 6 months. Talk to previous analyst and get a picture of the horror stories. Everyone has a similar story there is a pattern on how you will be destroyed. Leadership is aware but takes no action. This team is a disaster. DO NOT JOIN the commission team at crowdstrike at any cost.
