As an org, the technology is groundbreaking, loved by customers, and leaves plenty of room to sell to existing accounts as we continued to acquire new tech to sell.

Cons

There are some major slowdowns on the net new business side, that are from pure greenfield accounts. There are some concerns I had about how much upside there was, as it seems we've reached a state of the market where people have made their bets with either CRWD, PA NW, or MSFT, and are hesitant to change

- Amazing stock - Decent culture day to day (still nothing like it used to be) - Amazing product - Solid brand recognition - Majority of employees are good people at heart - If you have a great direct manager, this is the best company you will ever work for

Cons

- If you have a bad direct manager, this is the most exhausting company you will ever work for - Imagine growing pains but on a global, hyper accelerated track - Internal career progression is not as valued as external tenure for new job openings - Employees often tell me they feel overworked and at high stress that affects work life balance
